Return and Refund

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
• Items must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged (unless damaged upon receipt).
• Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will notify the customer of receipt.
• The color of the actual product may slightly differ due to screen resolution or lighting conditions.
• Refund requests must be initiated by emailing info@marblouskrafts.com
• Returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.
• If a defective or damaged product is received, images of the item with all tags attached are required.
• Refunds will only be granted if the product is in its original packaging. Items damaged after delivery or used multiple times are not eligible for refund.
• After receiving the product at our Fulfillment Center, inspection will be done, and the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refund completion may take an additional 3–6 business days depending on the customer’s financial institution.
• To process a refund, we require the order number, photos of the item, and details about the issue.
• Products may need to be returned to our US, UK, or overseas warehouse — contact info@marblouskrafts.com for confirmation before sending back.
• Marblous Krafts does not provide prepaid return labels. If a prepaid label is requested, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
