Return and Refund
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
Items must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged (unless damaged upon receipt).
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will notify the customer of receipt.
The color of the actual product may slightly differ due to screen resolution or lighting conditions.

Returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.
If a defective or damaged product is received, images of the item with all tags attached are required.
Refunds will only be granted if the product is in its original packaging. Items damaged after delivery or used multiple times are not eligible for refund.
After receiving the product at our Fulfillment Center, inspection will be done, and the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.
Refund completion may take an additional 3–6 business days depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Marblous Krafts does not provide prepaid return labels. If a prepaid label is requested, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the item(s) are handed to the courier service, tracking information will be updated within 24–48 hours and shared with the customer via email.
